First and foremost importance is I utilise an all-natural product that has over 20 plants actives in it that has been tested and approved by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) to destroy and kill mould to the roots.
Mould Remediation
I first treat and kill mould on surfaces, then I remediate/remove them from the surfaces. I can usually remove most stains from any surface.
Long-Lasting Internal Preventative Treatments
I use a professional dry misting machine to spray a .5-micron dry (particles are so small the dry almost immediately) mist over all surfaces which kills all mould spores, viruses, bacteria and germs by preventing them from getting oxygen, in effect suffocating them, and they shrivel up which kills them to the roots and continues to do so for up to twelve months (but I guarantee the treatment for six months). This treatment also prevents subsequent mycotoxins from developing. Most other treatments use inferior products or techniques that cause the mould to explode, creating mycotoxins.
Decontamination/Disinfection
I also provide removal of small particulate matter such as harmful mycotoxins, utilising a medical grade multistage HEPA vacuum to decontaminate and clean spaces.
